At the moment, shopping directly at Samsung is one of the best ways to score savings on a Galaxy S25 phone. The manufacturer is offering up to $750 off if you trade in an old device, plus several color variants are discounted by $100. And unlike most other trade-in offers, this deal won’t lock you into a multi-year contract or service plan. However, if you are looking to sign on with a carrier, Verizon has the best offers at the moment.

There are some serious savings available if you buy your new Galaxy S25 phone from Samsung directly. If you have an eligible trade-in, it can score you up to $750 in instant trade-in credit. In addition, some color variants are discounted by $100. If you don’t have a device to trade in, you can still save as much as $250.

If you have or upgrade to an eligible unlimited plan, you can save hundreds on Galaxy S25 phones right now at AT&T. The basic S25 starts at $11 per month when purchased on an installment plan, which saves you over $400 compared to the list price. You can also take advantage of advanced trade-in credit for serious discounts on the Galaxy S25 Plus and Ultra. Phones valued at just $95 or more will net you up to $1,000 in bill credits, while those valued at just $35 or more will still save you up to $800.

If you need more than one new phone, AT&T is also offering discounts when you purchase two Galaxy phones on an installment plan. With this offer, you can grab the basic S25 for just $6 per month. You can also bundle a Galaxy Tab A9+ 5G and/or a Galaxy Watch 7 for just $1 per month with the purchase, but you’ll need to add a service plan for these devices as well.

Best Buy is offering some straightforward discounts that can save you $120 on the basic Galaxy S25, $200 on the S25 Plus and $250 on the S25 Ultra. Plus, you can save up to $460 if you trade in an old device. You’ll also snag a free month of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate with each purchase.

Should you choose models from a carrier (Verizon or AT&T), you can get an extra $100 off on top of all of that with same-day activation.

Right now you can pick up an unlocked 256GB Galaxy S25 in several color variants for $740, a $120 discount.

Those adding a new line at Verizon can score some serious savings on all three Galaxy S25 phones right now. If you’re on an Unlimited Plus or Ultimate plan, adding a new line will net you the basic S25 or the S25 Plus for free or knock a whopping $1,120 off the S25 Ultra, which drops it down to just $5 per month. If you don’t feel like upgrading service plans, customers on any Verizon myPlan can still save up to $1,000 with an eligible trade-in.

Spectrum has knocked $200 off the Galaxy S25 and S25 Plus, and $300 off the S25 Ultra. Plus, you’ll get an extra $100 in credit for any eligible trade-in. The phone you trade in needs to have a value of at least $1, so the odds are whatever phone you’re using will get you something.

The basic S25 and S25 Plus are currently sold out, but you can score big savings on the S25 Ultra if you’re looking to join Google Fi. New customers on an Unlimited Plus or Flexible plan will save $200 instantly and get another $450 back via bill credits over a 25-month period.

Right now Mint Mobile has the Galaxy S25, S25 Plus and S25 Ultra all at a straightforward $50 discount, as long as you commit to a 12-month wireless plan. 

T-Mobile has a few offers for anyone looking to pick up the basic Galaxy S25 model. You can get the phone for free if you add a new line and trade in or you if you sign up or already have the Go5G Plus or Go5G Next plan.

If you prefer to go with the Go5G, Magenta or ONE plans can still get up to $600 off with a new line. If you need to just trade in an older phone, you can still save up to $300. Plus, there’s a buy one Samsung Galaxy S25 and save $800 on a second one offer.
